Incidents

Incidents is where you can view Incident Reports for your organization.

An incident is any unplanned event that disrupts or degrades an IT service, or threatens to do so. These disruptions can range from minor inconveniences to major outages that impact an entire system or service or region.

These incidents can be due to many factors, such as:

• 3rd-party API or service outages (e.g. ChatGPT servers go down)
• Agent configuration issue
• Network issue (e.g. Internet outage)
