A data source is an arbitrary blob of text containing predefined static information. Our data source will contain general information about the store and its policies.

Click “Data Sources” on the left sidebar. This will take you to a list of the existing data sources for your org. To create a new one, click “New data source” in the top-right corner.

The following are answers to FAQ regarding the online store and its policies.

1. Ordering and Payment:
Orders can be placed on the website after viewing the product you wish to buy. After adding an item to your card, proceed to checkout. 
The store accepts VISA and Mastercard but not AmericanExpress.
We use Paypal and Venmo to protect your payment information. 
Contact customer support to cancel an order after it has been placed. Customer support is support@store.com or 555-555-5555
To apply a discount code, click the Apply Discount field and enter the code during the checkout process.
The store accepts gift cards that can be applied as during checkout.
Payments can be declined due to issues with your bank.

2. Shipping and Delivery:
We have free shipping for orders over $50. Cost may vary depending on the carrier service selected to deliver your order. We deliver via USPS, UPS, and DHL.
We ship to anywhere in the United States.
It will take about 1 week to receive your order. Shipping times may vary.
You can use our AI chatbot to track your order status by order number. The chatbot can be prompted for shipping tracking information.

3. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds:
We offer a full refund for items returned within 30 days that are unworn and unopened.

To process a refund, items must be received and examined by the store before the refund is issued. This takes about 2 weeks.
You must pay for shipping to submit a return.
If you received an incorrect or damaged item, you can return it. Contact customer support at support@store.com or 555-555-5555.

4. Product Information:
To find out more information about a product, search the product on our website or ask our AI chat agent about the product.
We do not currently have a sizing guide. Assume standard US american sizes and fits.
All products are sourced ethically with sustainability in mind.
Check each product for special care instructions such as if it is machine washable.

5. Account Management:
Accounts can be created online under the My Account section.
How do I log in to my account?

To update your account information, use the My Account page on the website. Otherwise contact support at support@store.com or 555-555-5555.
Creating an account enables you to track orders and returns with ease.

6. About the Store:
Customer support and service can be contacted during business hours at support@store.com and 555-555-5555.
Our business hours are 8am PST to 8pm PST Monday-Friday, excluding US bank holidays.
The store is located in California.
Our company sells products for Syllable.ai
Our store is online only and does not have a physical location.

7. Technical Issues:

Click Save and wait for the data source to finish uploading. Now the store FAQ information is in the system, but we need to create a method for the agent to access it. We’ll do this in the next step.
