Add languages (Optional)
By default, your agent will speak in English using a standard voice provided by the platform. If you’d like to customize this, you can choose from a list of supported languages and voices in the Languages tab. Select a voice that best fits your use case - whether that’s a more natural tone, a different gender, or a specific regional accent. Multilingual agents can also be configured to handle calls in multiple languages, if supported by your prompt and campaign setup.
If you’d like to customize how your agent speaks, you can configure a language group. To do this, go to the Languages section and create a New Language Group. Within the group, select the language and choose a voice associated with that language. You can also adjust the speaking speed and pitch, where supported. The platform supports voices from Google Cloud, OpenAI, and ElevenLabs, giving you flexibility in tone, accent, and naturalness. Once a language group is created, you can assign it to an agent through the agent settings.
