• Campaign name: The name of the campaign is used to reference it elsewhere in Console, so you should pick something that’s easily identifiable. Enter “Car Test Drive” here
  • Campaign description (optional): This description is for additional context and information about what this campaign is used for.
  • **Label (optional):  **You can skip this for this tutorial.
  • Select channel source: This is the phone number for the outbound agent being used to reach out to people. 
  • Display ID: This is the caller ID that users will see when the outbound agent calls. You can skip it for the tutorial.
  • Rate per hour: This is the number of outreaches the outbound agent will attempt in an hour. Enter 60. 
  • Campaign hours: This is the time range for which the outbound agent will attempt outreaches. Select S, M, T, W, T, F, and S. Check “all day”.
