# Dashboards

> How to analyze agent performance using real-time dashboards using the Syllable Console interface.

A Syllable dashboard allows users to interactively monitor key metrics, explore data trends, and gain insights from their Syllable data.

Syllable provides 4 system dashboards:

* Sessions
* Session Events
* Session Transfers
* Session Summary
